Nautical Wheelers
Their roots are Trop Rock and Island Music (especially Jimmy Buffett) but they also perform a variety of other styles from country (George Strait / Toby Keith, etc) to classic rock (Eagles / Crosby Stills Nash & Young, etc). And let's not forget the Wheeler's tribute to Jerry Jeff Walker and the Gonzo Compadres.
Lead singer, Mike Philip, known for fronting the ultimate Jimmy Buffett tribute band (Captain Quint), and who has actually performed on stage with the man himself, puts on a show with the Nautical Wheelers that you will not soon forget. Dennis Buchholz also formally of Captain Quint provides backup vocals and a vintage acoustic guitar rhythm section. Jesse (the harpoon man) Welborn is dazzling with a style that has been compared to Magic Dick and Greg "Fingers" Taylor. The Wheelers are sometimes joined by Ken Polcak, harmony specialist and bass guitarist extrordinaire.
